Please include the email address on your account and, for payment questions, the approximate date of the charge so we can find it quickly.

WhatsApp and LinkedIn

If you add your WhatsApp number to your profile, our team can reach you there about urgent matches and daily job alerts. You stay in control of whether we contact you that way.

You can also follow and message us on LinkedIn for updates, hiring trends and safety tips for candidates from our region.

Response times

A real person reviews every message. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and usually sooner. Account and payment questions are prioritised.

If your message is urgent, mention it in the subject line so we can move it up the queue.

We never charge you to apply

A quick reminder before you write to us: Job Finder AI never charges placement, visa or processing fees, and a real employer will never ask you to pay to be hired.

Your CV stays private. We never share your documents or contact details with an employer unless you choose to apply or ask us to.
