Welcome to Job Finder AI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Job Finder AI, including the website, the onboarding test, the dashboard, AI job matching, ScamShield, CV tools, application tools, subscription plans, one-time packs and support. By using Job Finder AI, you agree to these Terms. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Job Finder AI, and “you” means the user of the service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

What Job Finder AI provides

Job Finder AI offers tools to support your job search, including:

• a career test and structured onboarding
• AI-powered career profile analysis and Career DNA
• job matching and ranking
• discovery of remote, Gulf, local, Western and international opportunities
• ScamShield trust checks on job listings
• CV analysis, CV Studio and ATS tools
• cover letter generation
• recruiter outreach and messaging tools
• interview preparation and skill-gap analysis
• salary benchmark information
• saved jobs and application tracking
• subscription plans and one-time packs
• a multilingual experience and support

Not professional advice

Job Finder AI supports job seekers but is not a replacement for professional career, immigration, legal, employment or financial advice. You should seek professional advice where appropriate for your situation.

Job Finder AI is not an employer

Job Finder AI is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, hiring company or government authority. Job Finder AI does not:

• employ or hire you
• guarantee job offers, interviews or employment
• guarantee visas or work authorization
• guarantee employer responses
• guarantee any salary or application success
• represent employers
• verify every employer
• control third-party sites or their decisions

What we provide instead

Job Finder AI provides tools, job discovery, AI matching, trust signals and application support. Employers, recruiters and job boards are responsible for their own job posts and hiring decisions.

No job guarantee

Terms used in the service such as “job matching”, “placement assistance”, “AI job agent”, “verified jobs”, “ScamShield” or “first matches free” do not mean guaranteed employment. In particular:

• results are recommendations, not guarantees
• match scores are estimates
• ScamShield scores are risk signals, not absolute verification
• AI-generated documents need your review
• employers may reject any application
• job availability can change
• external links may expire
• salary estimates are informational only
• visa, relocation and work-authorization matters are outside our control
• you are responsible for reviewing everything before you act on it

Eligibility

To use Job Finder AI, you confirm that you:

• are legally able to enter into these Terms
• are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by your local law
• provide accurate information
• use the service lawfully
• do not violate any applicable law or these Terms
• have authority to act if you are using the service on behalf of another person

Account registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep your credentials secure
• not share your account without authorization
• notify us of any security breach
• keep your email address current
• take responsibility for activity on your account

Suspension for account misuse

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security concerns or misuse of the service.

User information and profile accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you provide. You must not submit:

• false employment history
• fake qualifications
• misleading skills
• fraudulent documents
• a false identity
• illegal work-authorization claims
• another person's CV without permission
• unauthorized sensitive information
• content that violates the rights of others

Removal of content

We may remove or restrict content or accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are false, fraudulent or unlawful.

CV uploads and career documents

When you upload a CV or career documents, you grant us permission to process them for analysis, matching, ATS tools and application support. By uploading, you confirm that you:

• have the right to upload the document
• own the content or have permission to use it
• provide accurate information
• include no illegal content
• understand that AI processing may be imperfect

Removing sensitive information

Please remove any unnecessary sensitive information from your documents before uploading them.

AI-generated content

Job Finder AI uses AI to generate content such as Career DNA, best-fit roles, CV suggestions, rewritten bullets, cover letters, recruiter messages, interview questions and salary estimates. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, bias, outdated information or unsuitable wording.

You must review, edit and verify all AI-generated content before using it. Job Finder AI is not responsible for employer reactions or for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Job listings and external opportunities

Job listings may come from external sources. Job Finder AI does not guarantee that a listing is:

• available or complete
• accurate in its salary information
• going to receive an employer response
• free of risk
• linked to an active page
• suitable for a visa
• legitimate
• going to lead to an interview

Applying to external opportunities

Clicking a listing may take you to a third-party site. You apply to external opportunities at your own discretion and responsibility.

ScamShield and trust scores

ScamShield reviews signals that may indicate risk, such as:

• fee requests
• WhatsApp-only contact
• an unverified company
• a suspicious recruiter
• unrealistic salaries
• vague descriptions
• missing employer information
• risky placement language
• suspicious links

ScamShield is not a guarantee

ScamShield is not a guarantee that any job or employer is safe or legitimate. You should independently verify opportunities, never pay suspicious fees, and never share sensitive information without verification.

Payments, plans and packs

Some features are free. Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly or monthly basis. One-time packs may include features such as CV rewrite, cover letter, application support, interview preparation, Gulf readiness and profile optimization.

Prices, features and availability may change. Before you buy, please review the price, billing terms, features, renewal terms, cancellation terms, refund terms and currency. Payments are processed by Stripe or another processor, and you agree to the processor's terms.

Subscription billing

Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable charges. You can cancel before the renewal date, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

If payment fails or is not made, you may lose access to paid features.

One-time packs

One-time packs unlock specific features or usage. They may be limited by usage count, role, job, time or scope. One-time packs do not provide lifetime access unless stated.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the product, applicable law and your use. We may refuse a refund where, for example:

• the digital service has been delivered
• AI documents have been created
• the pack has been consumed
• you changed your mind after using the service
• you violated these Terms
• the activity was fraudulent
• you failed to cancel in time
• the outcome relates to external factors outside our control

Requesting a refund

Refund requests can be sent to support@jobfinderai.pro and are reviewed in good faith in accordance with applicable law.

Free features and paid gates

Job Finder AI offers limited free features, which may include limited matches, basic analysis and previews. Paid features may include:

• more jobs
• CV Studio
• Application Factory
• salary benchmark
• interview preparation
• skill-gap analysis
• the ability to re-run onboarding
• advanced alerts
• premium support
• one-time packs

Changing limits

Free and paid limits may change over time as the service evolves.

User conduct

When using Job Finder AI, you agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose
• submit false, fraudulent or misleading information
• upload illegal, harmful or infringing content
• impersonate another person or entity
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
• interfere with, disrupt or overload the service
• scrape, copy or resell content without permission
• reverse-engineer or tamper with the service
• bypass usage limits, paywalls or security measures
• use the service to harass, abuse or harm others
• transmit malware or malicious code
• misuse AI features to generate deceptive or harmful content

Prohibited job-related activity

You must not use Job Finder AI to engage in:

• fraudulent applications
• impersonation
• false credentials
• misleading employers
• facilitating illegal work
• fake recruitment
• charging or paying illegal fees
• deceptive job offers
• spamming recruiters
• harassment
• discriminatory or unlawful content

Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, content and underlying technology, is owned by Job Finder AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the service or its content.

You retain your rights to your own CV, profile and content, subject to the license you grant to us below.

User content license

By providing your CV, profile and content, you grant Job Finder AI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, display, modify, analyze and transmit that content only to provide, improve, secure and support the service.

This license ends when you delete your content, subject to backup, legal and security retention.

Public profile feature

If you enable a public profile, the information you select becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You decide what to publish, so do not include private or sensitive information unless you want it to be visible.

We may remove public profiles that violate these Terms.

Third-party services

Job Finder AI relies on third-party services, which may include Google, Firebase, Stripe, OpenAI, Google Gemini, job data providers, analytics, advertising, email, WhatsApp and messaging providers, external job boards and employer sites.

These services are governed by their own terms, and Job Finder AI is not responsible for them.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, cloud outages, third-party failures, API limits, payment issues, security measures, network problems or legal reasons.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service.

Beta, experimental and AI features

Some features may be offered as beta or experimental, and AI features in particular may be inaccurate, incomplete or changed at any time. You use these features at your own discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Job Finder AI does not warrant that:

• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• matches will be accurate
• AI output will be correct
• ScamShield will detect every risk
• jobs will be available
• employers will respond
• you will receive interviews or offers
• you will be hired
• salary information will be accurate
• links will work
• third-party posts will be safe
• the service will meet your expectations

Jurisdictional limits on warranties

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Job Finder AI is not liable for:

• lost opportunities, income or profits
• rejected applications
• employer decisions
• visa issues
• reliance on AI-generated content
• inaccurate information
• third-party scams
• external sites
• payment issues
• data loss
• service interruption
• indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages

Liability cap

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the three months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have paid nothing, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Job Finder AI and its officers, employees and agents from any claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, your content, your applications, your communications, your misuse of AI features, your infringement of intellectual property or any fraudulent information you provide.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, security risks, misuse, fraud, payment failure, legal reasons, abuse, bypassing restrictions or causing harm.

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting support@jobfinderai.pro. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Changes to the service

We may update, modify, add or remove features, which may include pricing, plans, free limits, paid features, job sources, AI providers, onboarding questions, dashboard tools, ScamShield logic, languages, payment methods and usage limits.

We will notify you of material changes where appropriate.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will notify you where appropriate.

Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy

Your use of Job Finder AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Job Finder AI operates, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country require otherwise. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides another mandatory forum.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, they continue to apply regardless of these Terms.
