This can include your Career DNA, best-fit roles, match scores, skill-gap analysis, ATS score, CV suggestions, rewritten bullet points, cover letters, recruiter, LinkedIn and WhatsApp messages, interview questions and answers, salary estimates, readiness scores, an AI profession label, ScamShield explanations and relevance explanations.
AI-generated content may be imperfect or inaccurate. You should always review it before relying on it or using it in an application.
Job search and application activity
We may collect information about how you interact with jobs and tools, including:
- jobs shown, opened, saved and applied to
- application status and your notes
- score interactions
- external clicks to job sources
- use of the AI tools

Payment and subscription data
When you purchase a plan or pack, payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. We may collect or receive your selected plan or pack, billing period, purchase status, checkout session id, subscription status, payment confirmation, refund status, purchase history and currency information.
We do not store your full card number, CVV or payment credentials. That information is handled directly by the payment processor.
Support messages
